When your SEC logs into the ARRL Web site as an ARRL member, he or she should now be able to click on http://www.arrl.org/emcomm-graduate-list to see the list of graduates. Another way to find this link is to click on the Licensing, Education & Training menu (up on top of the ARRL Web page), and then click on "Courses & Training" (http://www.arrl.org/courses-training). From that page, click on "EmComm Graduate List" http://www.arrl.org/emcomm-graduate-list.
