Rick, Not much on this one either way. Some think it’s needed to attract and more importantly retain new hams, yet we get the occasional “don’t lower the required standards” type argument. Rick, I've only had one hamfest (St. Louis) so far this year. They had no forums. I did have one ham come up to me and "unload" about how ARRL is "spoiling" ham radio by "dumbing down the test".
