[arrl-odv:19990] FW: Go To Meeting/Webinar Now Available

Hi, Just to let everyone know in case you missed it, we have now licensed GoToMeeting and GoToWebinar software for our use here at HQ. Ken Bailey, Emergency Preparedness Assistant, is coordinating the Webinar schedule and providing user support for us. Ken will assist anyone who needs help with the platform and he is also working on a short instruction guide if anyone needs one. Allen Pitts is also a good resource for assistance since he has used the platform here at HQ already. Bill Edgar has conducted many of these Webinars and he is happy to help any Board member who requires assistance. This is the same platform that Bill has used for Committee meetings and other Webinars, so you all know that you do not need to be here at HQ to conduct the Webinar or meeting. However, there are some computer and bandwidth requirements that need to be met if you are at another location. These are specified at the second link below. We pay the license fee on an annual basis so there is no fee associated with an individual usage. If anyone wants to conduct a Webinar or a meeting with the platform, please let Ken know to so that he can set you up with the appropriate privileges and add you to the schedule to avoid scheduling conflicts. More info at: www.gotomeeting.com You can also learn how to use the platform and find the answer to other FAQs on their Web site at http://www.gotomeeting.com/fec/webinar/webinar_support <http://www.gotomeeting.com/fec/webinar/webinar_support> 73, Harold Harold Kramer, WJ1B ARRL Chief Operating Officer 860 594 0220
