Folks, Perhaps it's time to address the delay between the meeting and meaningful announcements from HQ While it does take some weeks for everyone to process the minutes, we need to do better in terms of reporting what we did at the Board Meeting. The Clean Signal initiative, the officer elections, committees, etc., etc. The meeting was over 3 weeks ago. While we probably don't want to get into the nitty-gritty details on the Monday after the meeting, certainly we can find a way to more quickly get the word out that we did more than just sit around the Marriott bar. We don't need approved minutes to do that. How can we fix this? MikeK1TWF

I agree with Mike. We should have had a brief web article to describe major, non-controversial initiatives that were passed. As was said about contesting - you spend 48 hours, submit a log then wait 1 year for the results. That doesn’t work these days. In any case you have directors appearing on YouTube videos and other places already talking about what went on. That’s not a bad thing but It looks better if it came from a unified source.
