Carl, I asked Mr. Siddall a similar question just a few days ago. No good news. He plans to write the FCC and the Chairwoman.  As you all know, this is one my biggest pet peeves...... the inaction of the FCC and the employees who are on MY payroll who have been sitting at home the past two years.
