Last month, Rod Stafford, Frank Butler, Paul Rinaldo, and I spent 10 days in the Republic of San Marino attending meetings of the IARU Administrative Council and the triennial conference of IARU Region 1. The Summary Records of the Administrative Council meetings have just been released and are attached for your information. I was present in my capacity as IARU Secretary. Paul was present as Recording Secretary, but his role transcends that; he is regarded as an important resource by all of the Council members. Rod was present in his capacity as Secretary of IARU Region 2 and traveled at Region 2 expense.
