[arrl-odv:32783] Online mapping program

I have been using this site to follow the fire progression here west of Yakima, but it also does a fair job of showing real time wind data for the storm. It's free, does use cookies to remember your last settings, and I find it very accurate for monitoring the fire. The system uses a number of NOAA and other satellites for the data. (fire data updates twice daily) This link should take you to the gulf, and has the wind speed selected. You may have to accept the cookie thingymabob the first time you click it. It has tons of features, and varied mapping options. I thought it might be a handy tool for some of you, and can be shared with others in your divisions. Many emcom folks are already aware of this, and some of you may be as well. The company has a sister program called SARTOPO that we use for search and rescue here as well. 73..
