Harold, I received my QST yesterday and enjoyed it very much. In particular I liked the purple side bars with the tabs that read Public Service, Advocacy, Education, and Membership. When I got to page 14, Guide to ARRL Member Services, there they were with pictures! Nice touch. Pass along our thanks to the folks that came up with these inovations.
