Many of the Board Members are going to attend the Dayton Hamvention/ARRL National Convention next week and with travel will be gone from May 19, 2005 through May 22, 2005, considering that this proposal would require a change in the Articles of Association and is therefore a significant question could you extend the response time from May 22, 2005 out to May 27, 2005?
