Hello Chris;                 Thank you for the Memo - this is quite disturbing. I realize that it might be a few days before the total picture evolves, but at what point should HQ take some information public?  Is there some aspect that would make sense to relay to membership - I would rather see this publicized by us than by "others".  I assume that if a letter has been sent to an ATV repeater operator that some portions of this story are already "in the wild".
