[ARRL-ODV:11670] Where is the fallen messages pit?

Dave, I don't expect an answer to this question at this moment, but it is 12;15PM Dec 29 and I have yet to see my earlier posts to ODV. These earlier posts were made at about 6:45 PM Dec 28 and 10:50 PM Dec 28. Again, the content of my initial post is not the concern. My concern is that Dick Mondro had to post a report from ARESCOMM twice for us to receive it once and that Bob Vallio had some 8 hours of delay from the time he sent a message until it was finally delivered. In the meantime, he sent the message to me, directly, but I was away from home until later in the evening by which time the message made it through the hurdles at HQ. Add to this our missing message number and our duplicated message numbers, who knows what else, if anything, is being botched up in being relayed? Any help on this?
