Good Afternoon. After careful consideration (and lack of remaining available weekends) Jim and I have decided to close his 2002 calendar. To follow is a list of his confirmed engagements for the balance of the year. While we potentially will still need to schedule an EC meeting for the fall, the only exception that we see for now, will be the inclusion of any DC dates that might crop up pertaining to the Washington agenda. April 24 - April 28, Las Vegas (IWCE) and Visalia, CA May 16 - May 19, Dayton Hamvention June 4 (or 25th), NPSTC (Homeland Think Tank), Newington June 7 - June 8, HamCom, Arlington Texas June 22 - Field Day (locations to be determined) July 12 - July 14, Rocky Mtn. Division Convention, Bryce Canyon, Utah July 17 - July 21, Board Meeting, Newington July 26 - 28, Central State VHS, Milwaukee August 10, Cedar Creek ARC, Cedar Creek, Texas August 16 - 18, Southwestern Division Convention, Escondido, CA August 23 - 25, Boxboro, Mass. September 16 - 22, Washington DC, biannual trip September 28, Fannin County ARC, Bonham, Texas October 9 - 14, Hawaii State Convention (personal time included in dates) October 18 - 20, Pacificon October 25 - 27, Hamfest Minnesota, Minneapolis, MN November 2, A/F Committee Meeting (tentatively Dallas) November 15 - 17, Tokyo, JARL 75th Anniversary If by chance, I have missed any engagements that you have spoken to Jim about directly, that you do not see listed here, please let me know ASAP so that I can get them on the schedule.
