Thanks, Dave. I am particularly interested in the discussions concerning item 4.1.1, since I have received two strong, opposing reactions to Chris Imlay's January letter re. NFCC to Wyoming hams from two frequency coordinators (different bands) in our Division. There are some significant ramifications from any actions the Board may take on the matter of accepting Repeater Directory data from single- vs. multiple-coordinators in a given region on a given band. If we stop relying on the outdated NFCC member baseline list, we then become the arbiters of who is a coordinator whether we want that role or not. ARRL will have to develop, promulgate and follow its own rules concerning who is a coordinator, and I suspect that a "bright-line" test will be difficult to design, at best.
