The idea for the live stream came from Reddit, r/amateurradio. Several on that group had asked if someone could record the broadcast. Since I have decent low band capability and could hear the broadcast I put up a live stream and recorded it. I then reached out to Brian to send him a signal report, and he put me in touch with the WaPo reporter.
