The ARRL and the Amateur Radio community cannot stand alone on this issue. An excellent point. We are doing that exactly, having talked with potential coalition partners, including the National Association of Broadcasters, the National Public Safety Telecommunications Council, The Association of Public Safety Communications Officers, and a few others so far. Jim Haynie determined that strategy from the get-go. Chris
