You know what they say - a rumor can make it’s way 3 times around the world before the truth can get its boots on (or something). By getting accurate information out early about the fees we avoided a billion YouTube videos and social media posts that would scream the sky is falling and that the fees are coming April 19. Past experience in the business (news) has shown me that there is a burning desire to be first, first, and accurate later. This is especially true where things go viral fast and clicks and views equate to revenue. I’ve seen only a few videos saying the fees will be in effect on 04/19 and in fact quite a few citing our emails and the VEC’s emails. Those that jumped the gun had comments showing the accurate information citing us. Kudos to everyone. 73 Ria N2RJ
