Well, it remains to be seen which RMs will be dismissed and which will be proposed, and Cross won't tell me. They will indeed be included; approximately 20 petitions are being consolidated in this proceeding. I just don't know which ones will be dismissed outright and which will proceed to the next level. WTB has been issuing very vague NPRMs lately: they don't typically include appendices of proposed rules, and generally ask about the issue, but don't propose any specific action. I believe each of these petitions is in that category. If you wish, I will bring along a comprehensive list of those in the draft NPRM, but I won't be able to know what the proposed fate of each is yet. 73, Chris W3KD
