I'm sure Jim and/or Frank were just kidding, but it's so important that I'll say it anyway: When talking to the media or to public officials we have to be absolutely honest and straightforward, and avoid saying anything that could be misconstrued. We have to be able to back up anything we tell them. Our long-term credibility is one of the strongest advocacy cards we have to play. We've spent decades building it up and could lose it in a flash. Sorry to belabor the obvious. My wife says I do a lot of that.
