Effective July 1, Harry Lewis is retiring as SM in Western Washington. Harry's current term would have expired October 1, and he did not seek re-election. In consultation with Director Milnes, Rosalie White has appointed Ed Bruette, N7NVP, to fill the remainder of Harry's term. Ed was the only candidate for the next election and would have become SM on October 1 had Harry not retired, so this just moves things up a few months. Ed is currently an ASM. He held the SEC spot for 5 years, and before that was an EC from 1990-1995. He is currently the Washington state RACES officer. 73, Mark K1RO
