I am the one who dropped the ball on notifying the Board about the ICOM program. If you recall, a few weeks ago I sent out a report or update on what the R&R Committee was working on but didn't include information about the ICOM program. That update included information about a major retailer selling ARRL memberships but I asked the Board members to keep that under their hats for a while. And I don't have any problem with that concept. Mark Wilson reminded me that, as Committee chair, I was suppose to keep the Board up to speed on what we were doing with the ICOM program also. I had meant to get out an email to ODV just before Dayton but simply neglected to do so with the press of other business. mea culpa and we'll try to get it right in the future. 73, Rod W6ROD
