As Joel reported on New Year's Day, I have been away from home and generally out of email range since the day after Christmas. The good news is that Linda has an interesting new job. The bad news is that she is based in Sacramento. We left home mid-afternoon on Tuesday the 26th and drove there via the southern route (because of snow in the Rockies), arriving (3300 miles later) late on Friday the 29th. She took possession of her apartment on Saturday and we spent the New Year's weekend outfitting it, assembling furniture, etc. I flew home today (the 3rd) and will be in the office tomorrow. After weeding out the spam there are still several hundred emails awaiting attention, so please be patient while I get on top of them. On future visits to Sacramento I will have high-speed Internet access (and will not be driving there!), so this should not be a recurring problem. 73, Dave K1ZZ
