I have two of them -- Zenith and Digitalstream. (Zenith was recommended to me by a TV broadast engineer.) I haven't noticed any RFI but will check more carefully sometime. Don't think the lab has done anything with them. I have received a couple of reports that at least some of the DTV convertor boxes cause persistent interference on the amateur HF bands.
