[arrl-odv:32440] Photo op at HQ??
Just got off the phone with Director Ritz, and he stated we have a photo op on Thursday at HQ with the Governor of CT? And that the A&F meeting has been moved to 1, on the same day. I don't see anything on the ODV archive about this, and did not find a missing email. Really sorry if I did miss something, but can I get a clarification on this, and a pointer to the relevant ODV message? ?? The current list of ODV archive messages looks like this to me, as of 1613 Pacific time, May 31st. [image: image.png]
PSC meeting has been moved to 1PM so that PSC members can sit in on the A&F meeting. The photo op - AFAIK it was discussed at the EC meeting but I wasn't aware of it being finalized. I would imagine that at this July's Board meeting we will also be doing portrait photos since we could not do one in January. But I haven't heard anything firm. The photo op you mentioned is not confirmed. Mr. Minster's intention is to re-open the HQ building on Thursday morning before the Board meeting on Friday, but nothing has been scheduled as of yet. Ria, the Board photo you mentioned was covered recently in the advanced Board meeting announcement. The Board picture will be on Friday, July 16, at 10:00 AM.
