While the complaint says a copy was provided to Bill Moroney of UTC only by U.S. Mail, I asked Chris to send it to Moroney electronically because UTC earlier today cut off access to the database from the ARRL IP. While this gives UTC more opportunity to respond, I wanted Moroney to begin worrying about our complaint as soon as possible -- preferably right after lunch.

We will prepare a separate complaint about the termination of our access. In the meantime the BPL database should be accessible from other IPs. We will be interested in hearing about anyone else who gets cut off.
