I logged out to test again. Same results, I get logged in but it stays at the login screen making person think they are not logged in. So apparently what ever is suppose to happen after the login isn’t. As to item # 2 of locking/freezing up, I’m not able reproduce. Would be helpful to know if they are viewing online or downloading and viewing.
