There may be some confusion regarding the portion of the A&F Minutes in ODV 8221 that mentioned the A&F Committee’s discussion of a proposal for Standing Committee Restructuring. Director Frenaye made a “strawman” proposal to EC which apparently was somewhat modified and was/is to be distributed to the full board by the EC to the full Board (EC 3/15/03 Minute 4). Since the only opportunity A&F would have to discuss the proposal in “face to face” meeting prior to the July BoD Meeting we asked for a copy of the proposal prior to the April 26th meeting. 73, Jay
