The LoTW system will be back up tomorrow morning (Thursday), not mid-day today as originally planned. When estimating the amount of time needed to build the award credit tables for each user, Jon based the calculations on 2.5 million QSL records. But of course each QSL record affects two user accounts, and the time calculation should have been based on 5 million records.
