I believe everyone would agree that we maximize the chance of success for the Parity Act and/or Petition for Rule Making by quickly identifying and agreeing on the needed changes. I hope those changes can be discussed beginning immediately on this reflector. A good first step would be to identify a point-person on this issue from among those who feel that change is required.
