I found that Verizon (my ISP) has blocked incoming ODV posts once again. Barry was kind enough to work with me last week to see that Verizon unblocked ODV messages going to Officers and board members using their internet services. Somewhere between then and now, Verizon quietly blocked the messages. So if my message about mileage allowance didn't make any sense, please ignore it, Verizon didn't permit the message to pass through. I've sent a message to Barry to switch my ODV messages to go to another email address. Sorry for the confusion. - Bill N3LLR
