Per Roberts, only the body that held the meeting can approve the minutes of that meeting. Thanks, Rick. I recall David M. discussing that the hold-up on the ARRL commenting on the results of the Board meeting was that the minutes had to be approved by the EC, but maybe it was that the press release had to be approved. 73; Mike W7VO
