ARRL Board of Directors, Officers and Vice Directors Attached is the 2012-13 Plan, including financial projections, that the Administration and Finance Committee, at their meeting on November 19th, voted unanimously to recommend to the full Board of Directors for their approval at the upcoming meeting in January. As we have in the past several years, the A&F Committee will be sponsoring a conference call prior to the Board meeting to allow individual Directors to ask any questions of management regarding the Plan. Tentatively, we are planning the conference call for the evening of Tuesday, January 3, 2012 at a time to be determined.
