After coordination with Chris I have just FAXed the attached complaint to Bruce Franca, cc to Bill Moroney of UTC, concerning the BPL database that was announced yesterday by FCC Public Notice. By the way, because of the Motorola Powerline LV system now in operation at W1AW, we are a "BPL operator" so we have requested a user name and password for administrative access to the database.
