Bill, I believe the last contested election in Delaware was when I was Vice Director. Bill, two years ago Northern Florida and Indiana had contested elections. Coincidentally, the participation rate for NFL in 2012 was exactly the same as in 2014: 31.3%. In Indiana it went up slightly this time, from 33.1% in 2012 to 35.6% this year.
