Due to the rush of Dayton and my dad's emergency surgery yesterday, I apologize for not getting this to you sooner, however you may have already seen the story related to this on the Web. As you know, we have been battling UTC over their self imposed restrictions to the Access BPL database, having been limited and restricted on searches on numerous occassions in addition to the database not being completely accurate. We had sometime ago filed a formal complaint with FCC and on numerous occassions had met in-person with FCC OET staff to demand the database comply with FCC's requirements. Late Friday, in response to our complaint subsequent to a meeting between FCC and UTC, UTC sent the attached letter to FCC with copy to our Counsel, Chris Imlay.
