Thanks for the several nice comments about my earlier "bug fix" message. I received more from the general membership. My favorite included this observation: "nothing kills speculation like just boring facts." The fix was implemented at 2103 UTC today. Full credit goes to Michael Keane, K1MK for figuring out what was happening and how to fix it. By the way, there are two ways of uploading logs: via the LOTW website and by email.
