I may have inadvertently created some confusion with my brief explanation of the scope of Brennan's responsibilities. The Technical Relations Manager and the rest of the Technical Relations Office staff are part of the Washington Team headed by President Harrison. Everyone else's responsibilities remain unchanged: Chris still does what he has always done with the FCC, etc. Dave K1ZZ
