At Minute 57 of the January 2010 meeting the Board instructed that Board and EC meeting agendas be posted on the ARRL website, in addition to the meeting minutes that have long been made available that way. The Board also instructed us to establish an opt-in for members to receive copies of Board and EC agendas and minutes by email. At the time the motion was adopted it was understood that the opt-in would have to wait a while. In mid-April of this year, IT staff completed work on the opt-in. Since then the option has been available to members via "Edit Email Subscriptions" on their Member Profile. This morning I sent the 2011 Second Meeting agenda to those who had opted in. Copies were delivered to 263 members. We will make a general announcement via the website and the ARRL Letter prior to distribution of the 2011 Second Meeting minutes. Dave Sumner, K1ZZ
