Bob Vallio had some difficulties opening the files attached to my recent e-mail. I have printed them into PDF format to remove dependencies on which version and features of Excel a user has. And, since others may also be having similar problems, I'm again sending this information to the list. The original Excel files also had tables of the numbers used to generate the graphs, but this information isn't very useful outside Excel, so I haven't included it in the attached files.
