If any of you know of names/call signs  that should be excluded,  please email them to me directly since I don’t believe that it would be appropriate to use ODV for this purpose.  When we get the names, we will make sure they are not called.

I know at least a couple of former members for whom the parting of the ways was mutual and without whom I believe the League is better off.  I presume these fall into the "Lapsed Member" category.  Would they be excluded from the test pool by virtue of some designation in the member record?  Harold, if you want specifics, I'll send them separately, but I expect these are not completely unique circumstances.

Bob Inderbitzen is on vacation starting today. But to answer some of your questions here is what I know:

1.       This is a limited test to between 1800 and 2000  lapsed members.

2.       The company that we will contract with specializes in Association Telemarketing and is sensitive to member association issues.

3.       As an organization that does strictly telemarketing, I would hope that they comply with all applicable regulations  However, we have not signed the agreement yet.  Chris Imlay and I have been discussing it we will  make sure that it is correct and complies with applicable regulations and our internal policies.
