On behalf of the Secretary, I am sending you the attached Formal Notice of the 2023 Second Board Meeting. Also attached is the meal selection that must be returned to ExecAdmin@arrl.org no later than Tuesday, July 5, 2023, and the full agenda for your review. 

Please be reminded that if you have a motion for amending the Articles of Association and/or By-Laws, for them to pass with the simple two-thirds majority, those items must be received no later than today at 5:00PM EST.  After today, 12 affirmative votes will be required, rather than 10.
