FYI -MARS,

Dave Patton and I have been conducting ongoing discussions with Lawrence “Grant” Hays, AAA9E/WB6OTS, of Army MARS regarding the relationship between MARS and the ARRL. 

These discussions began at Dayton when Dave Sumner, Dave Patton and I had an informal meeting with Grant the new Army Mars Chief, Kathy Harrison, AAA9A.

We have discussed many ways that we can work together and we hope to have some specific proposals in the future.
