I can’t seem to get bylaw 36 right…..

Director Stratton pointed out on behalf of the Legal Structure Review Committee that the Amended and Restated Articles of Association that were just filed with the Secretary of State use the terms “Chief Executive Officer” and “Chief Financial Officer” throughout and do not use the initials for those titles.

Version 2 of the proposed amendments to bylaw 36 used the initials CEO and CFO.  In order for bylaw 36 to conform to the Amended and Restated Articles of Association, this version 3 is modified to use the full titles rather than the initials.
