An overnight snowstorm has dumped another 15 inches or more of snow on central Connecticut. The storm is ending but it is going to take a few hours to clear the roads of both snow and accidents. Governor Malloy has ordered state offices closed until noon and we are following his lead; ARRL HQ will be closed until noon.
