Using Field Day as a Lobbying Opportunity

As Jim and others have already pointed out we are going to need to work hard to get passage of The Amateur Radio Emergency Communications Consistency Act of 2002. I recently sent a letter to about 106 club contact people in my division asking them to invite legislators down on Field Day. The letter was sent a few days before the bill was introduced. I had already done so in my monthly e-mail bulletin via the web. I have been using the new software staff has designed. It has a few quirks but it is good. Please consider a similar action and feel free to edit the letter to your needs. If we do not act now it will be another year before we again have the opportunity. Frank Fallon....N2FF......
