Yeah. It just does not for me after trying a number of times.  I would really like to set this up before next week if possible.  I keep getting:

Please try again or contact your System Administrator if the problem persists.

 

I certainly know my first initial and last name. RFamiglio.  The initial password is a no brainer.  Someone misspell my name again?

After I reset my password, I tried to log in using the same kb7hdx@arrl.org for the user name as I did when I reset the password.

After that, I had to use mtharp for the user name.

 

So if you are having trouble after changing the password, you may try that trick.
