Dear Friends: I strongly support Director Lisenco's comments concerning the subject of this email. The old adage "Haste makes waste" is quite true and has been so when we try to address complex issues in a short period of time. While the issues identified are important, it is my belief that we need to DO THEM RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. Regards, Dennis
