Greg, “instructed” implies that the Board acted favorably on the motion, but you’re right that it is better to be clear. I’ll fix it.

Here are draft minutes of last week’s Board meeting. I acknowledge the assistance of Dan Henderson, N1ND in preparing the first draft.

These minutes may be shorter than you expected. Robert’s Rules provides that withdrawn motions are not included in the minutes. I have followed that provision, although I did have to note Saturday morning’s discussion of a motion that ultimately was withdrawn in order to explain what we were doing between reconvening at 9:00 AM and the first break.

If you would like your name rendered differently or you have suggested corrections, additions or deletions, please let me know.
