I assume that the listing you're talking about is the one at http://www.arrl.org/divisions
This gives the names of all Directors and Vice Directors, 3 different ways to contact them, and a link to their web site. At the Division web site, people have a chance to maintain any additional information they choose, without having to ask someone at HQ to make the change for them, and without having to conform to a format which might not meet their needs. This seems like an efficient solution to me. Adding information to the page on ARRL.org would actually decrease the control that individual Divisions have over how they present themselves to their members.
I don't see the advantage of adding material to this location. Each Division's web site is just one click away from ARRL.org
