I'm giving a club presentation tonight up in Washington state on FCC RF exposure regs, compliance requirements, and mitigation. I know in the last FCC communication we received last year, portable (handheld), and mobile ham stations are now required to adhere to the exposure calculation requirements, when they were exempted before. ARRL was working with the FCC to clarify this oversight, but I've not heard anything since. David Siddall, are there any updates to this?
