Because the Board meeting is a week earlier than usual in 2012, it will be necessary to get our reports done earlier than usual, too. Please submit reports by Thursday, January 5, 2012, posting them to the ODV and sending a separate copy directly to Lisa for the Board workbook. Lisa does not receive messages posted to the ODV. If you are a liaison to a committee chaired by a non-Board volunteer, you may want to give the chair a heads-up now about the accelerated time line so he is not caught by surprise later on.
